Under which conditions can Loft Keep be used?

0. Acceptance

By using Loft Keep web surface or application, you agree to these terms without limitation. If you do not agree, please cease use.

1. Scope of the service

Loft Keep is designed to support loft management, pigeon records, pedigree, training tracking, care logging, and related digital assistance surfaces.

2. Eligibility to use

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the service.

3. Account responsibility

• You are expected to create your account with accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
• You may reasonably be held responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Unacceptable use

The following behavior is not allowed:

• Creating misleading accounts or using information that belongs to someone else
• Abusing the service, attempting to damage systems, or performing unauthorized security testing
• Producing insulting, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content
• Trying to exploit the system through unauthorized data access, scraping, or abusive automation

5. User content

You are responsible for the loft, pigeon, note, and other content you enter into Loft Keep. That content must comply with the law and must not violate the rights of third parties.

6. Service changes and availability

Loft Keep may change, improve, temporarily limit, or pause features for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

7. Account restriction or termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if these terms are violated, if a security risk is created, or if we are required to do so by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loft Keep does not accept liability for indirect damages, data loss, or commercial loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Loft Keep is an assistant tool; the ultimate responsibility for pigeon care and the accuracy of your records remains with the user.

9. Intellectual Property and Data License

The Loft Keep brand, design, and original service content belong to Loft Keep unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Ownership of data (records, etc.) belongs to the user. User grants Loft Keep a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store this data for service delivery.

10. Force majeure

Loft Keep is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as cyber attacks, natural disasters, or infrastructure outages.

11. Dispute resolution and competent court

These terms are governed by Turkish Law. Ankara Courts and Execution Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
