Why does Loft Keep request data, how is it protected, and how long is it stored?

Loft Keep may process the following groups of data:
- Account details: name, email address, linked social sign-in provider, language, and region data.
- Loft data: loft name, type, capacity, member relationships, and related activity records.
- Pigeon data: name, ring number, breed, status, pedigree, and related notes.
- Training and care data: quick logs, sessions, and notes entered by the user.
- Technical data: device language, auth redirect data, error logs, and basic security logs.
3. Why we use data
- To create accounts, support sign-in, and preserve session continuity.
- To provide the core product features inside Loft Keep.
- To manage offline-first data flows and synchronization behavior.
- To detect errors, support security, prevent abuse, and operate support processes.
- To send auth-related, verification, or support-oriented communication.
Your data are processed based on the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests.
4. Third-party services
Loft Keep may rely on infrastructure or communication providers to deliver certain parts of the service. These services can change over time; in the current architecture they may include Supabase, PowerSync, OAuth providers, and email delivery services.
These services are used only for required functions such as operating the product, managing auth flows, synchronization, or email delivery.
Due to the global service providers (Supabase, etc.) used in our infrastructure, your data may be stored and processed on secure servers located abroad.

We use cookies for basic functionality and anonymous analytics (GA4). By visiting our site, you consent to the use of cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep data for as long as the account relationship and service operation reasonably require it. When an account deletion or data deletion request is received, relevant data is deleted, anonymized, or restricted, subject to technical and legal requirements.

Loft Keep targets a security-first architecture built around a zero-trust mindset, role-based access, controlled sign-in flows, and safer data movement. However, no data transferred over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
